Monsen works primarily within the legal fields of sports law, employment law and contract law and has particular experience within the sports sector. Monsen provides assistance to athletes, coaches and other employees, as well as to clubs and associations, nationally and internationally. Additionally, Monsen is appointed as an arbitrator in CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), EHF CoA (international handball) and NFF (football), where he is regularly appointed for assignments. Monsen also has many years of experience as a former arbitrator in the FIFA DRC.
