Espen Auberg has extensive experience in sports law, and has been, among other things, legal director of the Norwegian Football Association and a member of UEFA’s legal committee. Auberg is one of four Norwegian arbitrators in the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), where he regularly takes on assignments. He is also certified as a mediator by the Norwegian Bar Association and has been appointed as an arbitrator for the Norwegian Football Association’s arbitration scheme. Auberg is also a supervisor and examiner in sports law subjects at the University of Oslo, the University of Bergen and the University of Innlandet.
